Who we are

This site is run by Dynamic Transition Consultants ("we", "us"). Services are provided by Dynamic Transition Consultants FZCO in the UAE, with Dubai Transition Consultants Ltd (UK, Reg. 16467372) as our UK arm. If you contact us or use a tool here, we may collect and use your personal data as set out below.

What we collect

  • When you send an enquiry, the details you give us: your name, email address, the area you're interested in, and whatever you write in your message.
  • When you use one of our tools (for example, the tools on this site), the answers you enter, so we can send you a relevant result, plus your email address if you ask for the result by email.
  • Basic technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, which our form and analytics providers record to run the service and keep it secure.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, send you the result or guidance you asked for, and talk through how we might help you set up in the UAE. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box when you contact us, together with the steps needed to respond to a request you have made. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Sharing and international transfers

Your enquiry may be shared between Dynamic Transition Consultants FZCO in Dubai and our UK arm, Dubai Transition Consultants Ltd, so we can help you, along with the form and email providers we use to run the site (for example, Web3Forms and our email provider). Depending on where you are, some of these recipients will be outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the transfer being necessary to provide the service you have asked for, and on your consent, and we share only what is needed. We do not sell your data, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purpose above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. To do so, or for any privacy question, get in touch. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can also complain to the relevant data protection authority, for example the UK's ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local authority if you are in the European Economic Area.

Marketing

We only send marketing where you've opted in, and every message includes an easy way to unsubscribe.

Cookies and analytics

We keep tracking to a minimum. We use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without building a profile of you. Our home page also shows our latest Instagram posts, and those images load from a third-party feed service, so your browser contacts that service to fetch them. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not load fonts or scripts from third-party advertising networks. Our enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly anti-spam check that tells humans from bots without the puzzles or user tracking of a traditional CAPTCHA.
