Who we are

This site is run by Dynamic Transition Consultants ("we", "us") — services are provided by Dynamic Transition Consultants FZCO in the UAE, with Dubai Transition Consultants Ltd (UK, Reg. 16467372) as our UK arm. If you contact us or use a tool here, we may collect and use your personal data as set out below.

What we collect

• Your email address and, optionally, your first name, when you ask to receive a tool result or guidance.
• The answers you enter into our tools (for example, the tax-residency checker), so we can send you a relevant result.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to send you the result you asked for and, where you've agreed, occasional guidance about moving to Dubai. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box — you can withdraw it at any time.

Sharing and storage

Your details may be processed by the email/form provider we use to operate these features. We don't sell your data. We keep it only as long as needed for the purpose above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. To do so, or for any privacy question, get in touch.

Marketing

We only send marketing where you've opted in, and every message includes an easy way to unsubscribe.
